Chairman: John C Miles
John is a retired civil engineer and, since 1980, has held appointments in the School of Engineering at Cardiff University. There he was a Professor and Joint Head of the Institute of Machines and Structures.

Vice Chairman and Treasurer: David G Geldard
Retired Chartered Patent Agent and a former Chairman of the Transport Ticket Society.

Martin J Brown
Management Accountant in Security Industry. Passion for all things related to the Hereford, Hay & Brecon branch.

Mervyn W Bryce
Retired Project Engineer in the electrical contracting industry.

Michael Christensen OBE
Retired from the Civil Service. Committee member World War Two Railway Study Group, past chairman of the Signalling Record Society.

Anthony E Overton
Retired Train driver of 37 years service with many years experience of reseaching aspects of the Midland Railway's history.

Formerly at Derby Locomotive Works and now with Derby City Council's museum service.
